Documentation

What you need to know to use the platform: adding parcels, analysis, results, and limits.

Get started in four steps

  1. Create an account

Create a free account, or try the platform as a guest without signing up.

  2. Add the parcel

Draw your parcel on the map or upload it from a file: KML, KMZ, GeoJSON, or ZIP.

  3. Start the analysis

Choose the analysis type, index, and period, and start the analysis.

  4. Download the result

Review the map and the statistics; download the result as PDF, Excel, KMZ, or GeoTIFF.

Adding parcels

You add a parcel by drawing it on the map or uploading it from a file. Supported formats: KML, KMZ, GeoJSON (.geojson or .json), and ZIP. You upload a shapefile as a single ZIP that holds its .shp, .shx, .dbf, and .prj files. One file can contain several parcels.

Results and files

The result opens on the map, and you see the index statistics and class areas in the panel. The table on the Outputs page shows which files each analysis produces.

Limits

Parcel and file limits
LimitValue
Parcel area0.1 to 100,000 ha
Vertices on the parcel boundaryUp to 500
Size of the uploaded fileUp to 10 MB
Polygons in one fileUp to 50

You can try the platform without signing up: you run 5 analyses on 2 parcels of up to 7,500 hectares each. For file upload, downloads, and the Batch and Land Cover modes, a free account is all you need.
